These work great. They are very easy to take and have no bad taste or aftertaste. They are easy to swallow. They work very good I can see a big difference. This is a great value.

1st the ingredients are and should be 13 Amino Acids (don't read reviews from people who have no idea what this is or what it's for). I'm taking this for Lyme dz and other health concerns, the peptide BPC-157 (Body Protection Complex) is a short chain amino acid that lowers inflammation, heals leaky gut, protects against EMF's, mycotoxins/toxins in the body. It promotes healing of tissues; skin, muscle, bone, ligament & tendon. There are NO other ingredients. It takes time to get into the cells so don't expect results overnight, most of us w/multiple issues take this DAILY. It is effective, a great value for the money, easy to take, and will increase your energy as long as you take it. Dr's who treat Lyme disease recommend it; pill or injection!

I wish I would have read better. The ingredients to this product are not even the BPC-157 compound - not to mention that the product is made in China and there are no returns allowed.I just wasted $45. Buyer beware! Shading product positioning.

Not the worst helped with various recovery after sometime would recommend other options
