To start out this has been one of the best experiences I’ve had yet on Amazon. The chair arrived delivered by FedEx, fast and reliable shipping with tracking. The chair is very easy to assemble and once together, let the experience begin. The chair feels very supple, and with a metal Floor frame is very sturdy and solid. The appearance alone says it all, with the light gray stitching to accent the chair is a very nice touch. And the massage unit is very nice. It does have full controls from legs to upper back, with many variations and heat. The massager has a low noise level Which makes it nice when watching TV. Outside of this chair, being an outstanding value for the price, the seller has kept in contact every step of way. From origin delivery spot, to my door and checked in three times after since delivery just to confirm that I am satisfied 100%. And that there is top notch, customer service that can’t be beat. I had never bought this brand before and let me tell you I wish I would have! I received my chair on 9/5 so I wanted to use it a bit before leaving a review. Chair was wrapped very well and material is nice and soft. Putting chair together was easy! Chair is very comfortable and reclines very well! I really like that the chair has an adjustable degree of recline also! Very good quality and very little noise when chair reclines or comes down from motor. Good chair, good price, good quality!!

The box was wrapped funny my husband asked me about taping it looked different?We assembled chair, fairly simple all though directions unclear.When it got to wires one of the red wire was crimped, bent.It's sad the chair is all that I bought it for my 80 year old husband that spends the majority of his day in chair.Chair very comfortable he says, I paid for the extra feature of heat and massage.I am calling Amazon maybe this can be replaced without chair going back?I must mention must last purchase of a book was used to highlight and marks through out. Donate returns Amazon let's not resell !!!

I would have gave a 5star on this but it was a issue with the delivery. They did correct it with customer service so I definitely would recommend this product. Great quality!

I had to have a hip replacement and the only thing comfortable for me to sit on was the recliner at the hospital. I searched for recliners, read & re-read the reviews, & I’m 100% satisfied with everything about the recliner. It’s easy to put together, hear & vibrations work good. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone wanting or needing a recliner. It’s also a wall hugger, & I love the size of it. Not too big or bulky looking.It’s very firm like I needed, & the reclining positions are perfect for me. It was also delivered on time. it's ok but it's too short. my feet hang off the edge quite a bit. I'm only 5'11"🤔
