Good carrying capacity and good wheels make it easy to manoeuvre at the airport. The zip pocket at the front is really good for accessing things you need on the flight easily. My only issue is that the pocket is quite flat and thus storing bulky items such as headphones is tricky. You also have to unzip the pocket all the way to gain access.

It's not smooth drive and handle sometimes gets stuck. I feel its little bulky even though its cabin size

The front pocket isn't easy to use when travelling through the airport (specifically the laptop pocket is difficult to access with a smaller laptop), and a liquids bag is difficult to fit in it. The handle is fickle. The bag looks nice and the size is great, but I'd choose something else for frequent work travel.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas in December 18. He has just used it for the 2nd time and one of the Zip pulls has totally snapped off , the result of which is that the case cannot be locked!!! This case has not been in the hold of an aircraft just carried as hand luggage. To say I am disappointed with the quality is an understatement. We have always carried Samsonite bags.
