To the point. But wanted to add these to the key chain in case there is ever danger. In the moment its hard to know what to do, but sometimes noise is our best defence, so I am trying to emphasise that noise with the whistles. It may become a great line of defence for its quickness and how loud they can truly get will turn heads no matter what.

I wanted whistles for dog training…and these are plenty good enough for that task. They're thick, sturdy plastic and feel well-made. They were nicely packaged, too, each in its own plastic case, and each came with a good lanyard and a removable silicone mouth/teeth protector. Not the loudest whistles I've heard, but dogs—and kids!—are for sure gonna hear 'em, which is what a whistle's job is all about. You can't ask for a better quality product at this amazingly budget-friendly price.

The whistles give off a good, clear sound that is nice and loud. The one downside is that the clear rubber sleeve that is placed over the part you put in your mouth comes off far too easily and quickly gets lost.Fortunately, the whistle still works without it.

I live in Alaska, where an attention getter is important in every backpack and boat. This whistle should do it.

I wanted a whistle to keep in my car for in case I needed to be heard for some reason. It is better to have an alarm to blow especially if you cannot whistle. I cannot, so I need these whistles. I tried them out in my backyard so as not to alarm anyone nearby or in my house. They are plenty loud and and easy to use. The bright exterior colors make them quick to find in a purse or bag.
