Bulk Herbs: Frankincense Resin

It was nice for the price but too small of a quantity and scent was not strong as desired but overall good for what you paid

Packaging was professional and the product was perfect and smells amazing.

Good frankincense - not the very best I've had - but it definitely does the trick for a great price.

Nice amount

This product looks nothing like the picture advertised. No tear-shaped pieces or greenish tint to the resin (a good sign). Smell on charcoal not as pleasant as other species of frankincense but this is supposedly wild harvested in Egypt. I'm guessing it's Boswellia carterii but maybe I'm just spoiled by the types from Oman, Somalia, and Ethiopia. Do the research and find a trusted source...there are better out there!

Have you ever soldered with rosin flux? That is what this smells like to me. I have tried burning it a few ways (including directly on the coals and also with some ash insulating the incense from the coals) but the smell is the same to me. It is not that citrusy smell with all sorts of notes that I normally associate with Frankincense. Maybe this is a different kind, but I am not impressed.

It's been almost a month and I still have some. Bought an oil burner and add two to my burning oil and its calm and heavenly!

This resin was nice but very small amount comes in package. I like to mix frankincense with myrrh. Odor from incense didn't last too long. Dissipated within a couple of hours.

No smell
