Works well! READ manual before setting up feedings.
After seeing the reviews i was a little weary of it but once o read the Manual and went through the suggested feeding sizes, it made a lot of sense. 1/12 is not 1/12 cups. It’s 1/12th of a cup. It gives you different times a day and suggested portions for the serving size. Works pretty well :)

Highly Recommended
This has been a life saver. When we have been away it has worked every time. The cats hear the food and come running. Highly recommended.

Uneven distribution, even after a dozen dispenses.
The media could not be loaded. This review is going to be pretty lengthy as there are no other reviews available on this product as of writing this review 08/12/2024 and I want potential buyers and existing buyers to know what others are experiencing. This is the "budget" option for dual pet food dispensing but I still expected it to perform the minimum of somewhat evenly dispensing kibble within the size specifications, spoiler: it doesn't.When I first received the Pet Libro Granary Smart Feeder Dual Bowl I cleaned the non-electronic internals with tap water per the instructions, then waited 12 hours for the parts to dry.Once fully dry I assembled the Granary per the instructions and did a few test dispenses to prime the product to dispense evenly. According to the instruction document the first 6 or so dispenses will be uneven as the Granary is filling the hopper. I ran 12 of these dispenses before I started recording. For dispense 13 and onwards I started recording, you can view the results in the video attached. The results in the video speak for themselves but I'll spell it out below.Uneven dispenses over and over. The hopper was 1/3rd full during this entire duration. I have two cats and I'm wanted to training them on eating from the dispenser in preparation for a vacation, but with results like this I do not think I can trust this product with making sure my cats are as close to evenly fed as possible. I think it may stem from a design flaw, the internal serving hopper rotates slowly and while it rotates the food dispenses from the right first, then once fully rotated the flow starts to hit the left side of the opening. If the hopper rotated a bit faster maybe it would be more even? Or maybe if the minimum serving size was larger it would dispense more evenly as the hopper has more time to fully rotate? But at the current specifications all of the kibble has exited the right side before the hopper has rotated enough to evenly distribute kibble.I'm one of the first users to buy this so I'm inherently taking a gamble on the product, seeing the reviews for the other Petlibro products I felt like this one might perform as well as their single bowl dispenser but that looks to not be the case. 1 star, that is the minimum I can give this product because it does not perform the main task I paid a little extra for, vs buying two single dispenser, which is dispense as evenly as possible. The app is fine for scheduling, however I don't see a purpose in the premium features if I have the dual dispensing Granary since cats aren't visual tracked. I'm not in the ecosystem enough to take advantage of the premium features. The app does notify you if the product goes offline and was notifying me when the hopper was empty so that's working as expected but no extra stars for this most basic function. The product arrived factory sealed and never used, but I was disappointed at the internal plastic pieces having deep scratch marks in some areas. It felt sort of rushed.

Not QUITE perfect, but a major step up from simply "sharing one bowl" for multiple cats!
I picked up the PetLibro "Granary" automatic pet feeder with built-in camera some time back, but decided that between my "big boy" can and his littler sister, I really needed more than one bowl to prevent them from fighting over access when I feed them. So, I upgraded my feeder with this device. The alternative was to get a second feeder, and that seemed sort of like overkill. My reason for wanting the feeder is for those times when I have to take short business trips... just a few days... and prefer not having to have a petsitter come to my home or having to board my pets. I've made sure I have plenty of feeding and watering options available. The "Granary" feeder is definitely my preferred feeder, though I have both open bowls and another auto-feeder as well, so I can be sure that they won't starve during a few days' absence. (Water availability is a bit more complex, but I've dealt with that too.)What I really like about "camera feeders" is that I can talk to them, I can hear them (they "talk" to me, too... though I have yet to figure out exactly what their "words" mean!), and can watch them as they eat, and can also see the bowls, so I can tell if they're full or empty, and I can actually control the device remotely (skipping servings if the bowls are still full, or dispensing additional food if they're empty). There are a couple of issues I'd like to see addressed in future versions of this. Mainly, associated with the "portion apportionment" setting. I'd really like to be able to independently control, remotely, just how much food goes into each side. Either by an internal "shutter" over each of two food chutes, or a method of rotating the "diverter vane" on the food tray itself. The "diverter vane" is what allows you to control the total amount of food dispensed on the right or left bowl. Shift it further one way, and more food goes into that bowl... shift it the other way, and more goes into the other bowl. Unfortunately, this isn't especially well-calibrated... getting equal amounts requires the vane to be offset considerably!... and so the only way to really evaluate the "mix" is through testing... trial and error.So... being able to move the vane in real-time, remotely, would allow issues in feeding to be resolved even when you're away. And even better, having dual chutes would allow very precise feeding... even shutting one bowl off completely, or providing metered amounts into each. But both of those solutions drastically increases the complexity (and thus cost) of the device, so I can make due with this solution for the foreseeable future. For now, building that solution would result in a product more expensive than two of these are, after all!I'm really very happy with this, but I AM dinging it by a single star for the difficulty of adjusting the "diverter vane" to get the amounts of food you want into each of the two separate bowls. That is something that they could improve, without really increasing the overall product cost, I think. It just requires a bit more R&D time, and an improved "chute" design. Ah, well... maybe next years' model!

Great for Cat owners
Great product for kitties. Especially does on a diet like mine and for overnight stays you don't have to worry about not being fed.

Best I Have Used
I got this back in November, 2024. Before writing this review, I waited until the new year, just to be certain it continued to function. This works the best, of the 3 different brands I have purchased. It set up WiFi immediately, and is placed in a room which is about 30-feet, and three walls away from my router. When my two cats hear my recorded announcement "Here kitty, kitty" they perk up and run to the feeder. While the feeder does not deliver "even" portions to each dish, my cats don't seem to mind, and they do not fight over which has more than the other--they share. Before I purchased "this brand" feeder, I had purchase two before, which did not work at all. Well, one worked for about two days, then would not pair with either WiFi or Bluetooth.. I returned those."This" brand worked first time and keeps on working.
