Excellent quality for a very good price - highly recommended
This review is for "TECPEX Folding Umbrella Portable Windproof Automatic Compact Umbrella Strong Frame."A very nice strong umbrella perfect for windy wet autumn days. The first impression of this umbrealla are of its strength - folding umbrellas are usually a bit wobbly and feel loose - but this one is sturdy and strong. It opens confidently with a press of the button, and the umbrella shield itself is stretched out well with no wobble or looseness at all. The shaft is strongly engineered, and the straight handle is just long enough to get a good firm grip. I prefer straight handles to curved ones. When closing the umbrella, a press on the button collapses and folds the umbrella ready for you to shake it out and wrap the ribbon around. Then a strong push together to retract the shaft and charge up the springs ready for next time is required.Every interaction with this umbrella makes me feel as though this is a robust, well designed and well engineered product. I'm very happy with it and rate it five stars. The price at the time of review was around £14, normally £15 and the low price hides the excellent qulaity of this product - recommended

Great product
I was surprised by how awesome this brolly it, it's heavy duty but it's the best umbrella I have ever had! The only issue is it ccan be hard to click back into place if you don't have a lot of strength.

A great little umbrella.
The media could not be loaded. This is possibly the most well constructed umbrella I've ever used. It's certainly had the most engineering consideration of all of them. It is very resistant to wind (see video), though not entirely impervious (I'm not sure that's possible). Not only does it feel high quality, it looks it too. And, it fits nicely in the side pocket of my work backpack. This umbrella is selling for £14.95 at the time of this review. I think that's a good price for what you get.I'm happy with it. Five stars.

Amazing umbrella
This product is amazing. The umbrella comes with a cover jacket and it definitely sturdy. The umbrella is an impressive size and once opened fits two people underneath so you've got plenty of space. It's super easy to use, just a button to open and close. It's wind proof as well, and I've had no issues with it.My only downside is that it was bigger than i expected, even when closed. I usually carry a small one in my rucksack and this does not fit and is quite heavy.

Fantastic umbrella
This umbrella is great - living in Scotland I got around VERY windy places and this is fab!Looks sleek and it's very easy to use and the open/close button works very wellIt's lightweight so ideal for carrying around in your bagI think is a great deal for the price, as it's a very light, portable umbrella ideal for UK weather

Really difficult to close. Not an umbrella suitable for those with arthritic hands
Disclosure. This is a review of a product I was sent for free via Vine. All opinions are my own.At first sight, this umbrella looked like it would be good quality.I put it up once but then I was only able to half collapse it so that the umbrella was folded, but the handle was still fully extended. And if I tried to put it up again, it would open but not catch to be able to stay open. There were no instructions provided with the umbrella, but at some point, I discovered an automated button on the handle, not sure if I had used that initially or not, but couldn't get this to function either to get the umbrella down. At this point, I resorted to the product description and finally discovered some helpful advice. I had to push the umbrella from both ends until it clicked, no easy feat and this was whilst indoors and dry. Imagine what that would be like once the umbrella is wet. Once I had eventually got it shut, I checked out the automated button and it immediately pinged fully open. However every time, you are faced with the difficult method for closing. Certainly not an umbrella suitable for those with arthritic hands. Also it is described as compact, but it is actually bulky and very heavy.I will update my review once it has been tested in windy conditions, as to whether it passes the test for not blowing inside out.

Impresses with quality
As soon as I felt the fabric thickness of this brolly, I had a good impression. It is definitely not the usual flimsy affair, neither is it especially compact. Its the largest 'compact' umbrella I have encountered at just over a foot long and with a fair girth. Once open, you can see the quality of the construction of the frame. It springs open very efficiently and is held open - hence the claim of being windproof, which I don't doubt. The handle feels very nice in the hand and even the large brass popper says 'quality'. To collapse the umbrella requires another press of the button and it pops to its semi collapsed state and then requires a firm push from both ends. It does take some collapsing and further titivation is required to get the fabric slimed down so that the popper will refix. Its lovely. It is a lot of quality for less than £15 and on that basis its well worth 5 stars
