Functional it does a job, but the quality is lack some what. Maybe a bit of velvet/suede flocking on the inside wouldn’t go amiss. The fitment sometimes is an issue, not locating properly which takes a few tries to position it on the end of the lens correctly. It looks and feels as cheap as it cost. But again it proves once again you get what you pay for.

I had expected an item with a reasonable match to the colouring of the lens for which it is advertised. The hood does fit ok, but is sufficiently different in colour to be clearly a cheap aftermarket add-on

It is not as easy to fit as the canon model, it works just fine.

This looks much better than the Canon original. The inside is not quite as matt but does not bounce light.

Unfortunately it does not fit as well as the one provided originally with the lens.

This lens extension fits my Canon lens well and looks great. Delivered as promised.

Great alternative to the genuine Canon hood at a much cheaper price.
