Sadly I had to return it. The Sauerkraut had changed colousecurity reasons. Product not recommended.r and fluid was missing. Will not buy again for health

Taste good but.......
Sorry that I ordered this as I didn’t realise it was pasteurised ... that is what I believe kills off all the good bacteria and the reason I bought it as fermented food which is good for healthy guts! It tastes lovely and so if it’s for an accompaniment only with food then no problem.
