I received this product as a gift. I usually wear a size 4-6. I'm 5'4", @120 lbs. (for reference). I received a size: Small. It fit in the body, because it is an open concept, I could have gotten away with the front open about 1-2 inches without it completely meeting in the middle. But the sleeve size was the deal breaker. I got my arms in, but the sleeves were so tight, I couldn't bend my elbows! The lining (and the material on the jacket), just had no give/stretch. It is very cute but I had to return it. I am worried that ordering a size up, to get the sleeves bigger will change the dimensions of the shoulder to waist dimensions and make the jacket longer than I want, unless I want to alter it.
