Great entertainment
I've had this toy for a couple of days and my dogs (Labrador retrievers) absolutely love it! They haven't figured out how to get the tennis ball out yet, but they are having a lot of fun trying. I keep it out of reach when they aren't supervised - just to keep it entertaining for them when they do get to play with it. It seems pretty sturdy to me and they haven't chewed off any of the rubber yet. I suppose they could chew pieces off if they really tried but the rubber is decently thick. This is my second Kyjen dog toy. I bought the Cagey Cube Dog Puzzle a couple of weeks ago, which they also love! However, it doesn't seem to be as challenging for them as this one (Ball in Ball).

Great toy to entertain your dog!
I love this toy because it's rubber! Similar toys are made of hard plastic and I don't think it's great for dogs to chew on hard plastic.I put a talking babble ball PetQwerks Talking Babble Ball Dog Toy, Large, Blue inside the ball (instead of the tennis ball that comes with the product) and my dog (8 mo old GSD) goes crazy over it!

Fantastic toy!
Our English Springer absolutely LOVES this toy! She has been playing with it non-stop since it arrived, which is perfect for cabin fever. She is a very aggressive chewer, but so far the red ball is still holding up. I can see how the tabbed opening will eventually be torn up, but this is well worth the purchase price if you need something to keep your dog entertained and busy while cooped up inside. I'm thrilled with this product and would absolutely purchase another one if/when she destroys this one. But, I will say it's almost impossible for her to get the tennis ball out. It's hard for me to get out! That doesn't seem to frustrate her at all, and it keeps her from destroying yet another tennis ball.

Dog loved it.. until she tore it in under an hour.
My dog absolutely loves balls. Her favorite thing is to pounce on them and bat them around with her paws, so this seemed like a great idea. She absolutely loved it. She pounched on it, she carried it, etc. It was a great toy - until it tore while she was carrying it. She's an 8 month old Doberman, and this ball is bigger than her head - so I was pretty surprised that it tore so easily. The problem is that the outer ball is a kind of thin rubber - and it doesn't hold its shape very well (at least, the one I received didn't).Two stars because it's a great toy concept, but the outer ball needs to be made out of a sturdier material. I'd pay extra if it were, but I can't justify getting a replacement that's just going to tear.

Chewed to Chunks in Minutes - Needs to be Made of Kong Material for Durability
The red ball felt durable, but my 6 month old Aussie chewed it into small chunks in minutes. He has his adult teeth, so it isn't a matter of sharp puppy teeth. The material is flexible, but very brittle and snaps off into pieces. Fortunately our Aussie doesn't swallow the pieces, he's just pleased with himself when he can destroy any toy that isn't made to be durable for busy dog jaws. The product would be fabulous if it was made out of Kong material. We will spend our money on All-Kong products All-Of-The-Time as it's the only one that is dependably durable.

Just ok - was too hard for pup to get the ball out
I liked the idea of this toy and our dog (who loves tennis balls) was interested for a little while. However, the rubber is almost too stiff (even after it was chewed on for a while) for her to get the tennis ball out. She eventually got frustrated and stopped playing with it. She's a medium sized dog and a medium chewer so maybe this is best for a large dog with a more powerful jaws.

Fun interactive toy
My tennis ball loving dog enjoys this toy a lot. At one point she seemed to lose interest because she couldn't get the tennis ball out so I cut a slit in the tennis ball and put a couple of treats inside. This reignited her interest in the toy. The toy is made well and has held up since we got it a month ago. The red ball is pretty thick and squishy so it should withstand a fair amount of chewing.

My Britts toy bias.
If you've ever seen Best in Show, this toy is my girls bumble bee. The tennis ball doesn't stay inside for any length of time, but she loves chasing it, carrying it, pouncing on it until it is in shreds. We always have a spare, and have gone thru several already. Most toys must be made to be interesting to dogs, and that can be fun too, because they are interacting with you too, and you learn more about their personality. But some like this one my dog saw in a box, picked it up and that was that. I wish their was a smaller size so I could use it for training.

Buona l.idea
Spedizione arrivata come sempre puntualissima.L idea è buona, pecca un po' nei materiali. La palla più grande è stata rotta dal mio cane lo stesso giorno. Consiglio per cani piccoli o con bassa attitudine al morso.

Not for a chewer
Not good for a dog who likes to chew and is obsessed with tennis balls. Was torn apart within minutes.
