DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS
I would leave this 0 stars if I could.Was looking specifically for a stainless steel derma roller and seen this (also seen the exact same unit advertised as titanium elsewhere so was pretty sceptical when ordering).The item arrived and was of very poor plastic quality, the needles were bent and the unit had a strong plastic smell.I sterilised and tried using but the needles were not like others I have used, they were tiny, more like 0.25 length (I have been using a 0.5mm for the past 3 months so know how much it should penetrate - this is not a 0.5mm).Tried it for approx 20 seconds, then binned it.Shame its not easy on amazon to get refunds.This unit is terrible, a total waste of money and not the cheapest on the market.

I am not pleased
I had a few roller already but this one feels to me the cheapest quality. Derma roller is a good thing to use but you need to be very committed to do it regularly.

Easy to use
Easy to use. I like the roller. Prefer it to the changeable handles. Uses twice so far. Not painful as expected.
