No sound
No sound. I was surprised that it dampens all sounds well. Soft and comfortable earplugs do not press on the ear. Beautiful design. Great for travel testing. Good price and quality. I recommend it.

Block out noise for sleeping
Having recently stayed at a hotel on the flight path of Heathrow Airport I am now including ear plugs in my travel bag.Had tried sleeping with earbuds and earphones, yet they hurt too much.I've seen these on an ADHD channel I watch, with great reports for being noise blocking and extremely comfortable.Having tried them in for comfort can definitely see a good night's sleep whilst wearing them.Seem robust, unlikely to break easily

I absolutely love my sleeping ear pods! They are incredibly comfortable to wear all night long and block out all noise disturbances, allowing me to get a restful night's sleep. Game changer
These have really saved my life. Been really struggling to sleep with the noise outside my house. But these completely block it out. There so comfortable you forget there in and they don't fall out. Worth every penny.

They do not reduce any noises.Tried all the sizes “just in case”. They simply do not work. Not effective, not comfortable, waste of money.I really do not understand how can the reviews “this is working” be actually real.
