Very disappointed.
My wife bought me this garage vacuum for Christmas. I was extremely excited to have and setup considering we have three amazing kids. However, they love to spill their crackers and such in both mine and my wife's car. Anyway, I'd use it once a week and not long after having it set up, it would shut off after 5 minutes. Maybe ten minutes if I were lucky. I emailed costumer service which they would respond promptly which I was appreciative. They gave me a few suggestions on how to potentially solve the problem. None worked. Now, I will be emailing them again in hopes of a better solution.Such a bummer because I wanted to love this machine in my garage. If only it worked. Hopefully I have a good update for you guys in the near future.

The best garage item that I never knew I needed!
Life changing! No more pulling a shop vac around to get the vacuuming done. Suction is excellent; the retractable hose is perfect for ease of cleaning; the quality and size are quite ideal. Only regret was not purchasing this sooner.

Low suction but GREAT results!
Not going to lie, when I turned it on and put my hand to the nozzle I thought that it would be sent back and a refund would be issued. However, I vacuumed my VERY dirty car (I have 2 toddlers) and it did WAY better than I expected. My car from steering wheel to trunk looked amazing!! Dirt collection tray is easy to remove and dump.

Love it!
A little pricey but what a nice luxury in my garage - I keep my cars clean and it is so nice to have plenty of hose to get all three cars without moving any - I mounted on wall between the three.

Simply brilliant
Fantastic tool, has everything you need to install it yourself ( i did it all alone). Works like a charm. When i did connect with them with a question (UPS lost my package) they were incredibly responsive. really worth it. looks good and works even better.

Good but not good enough
A very cool (heavy) vacuum. We ended up returning it, because the suction level was that of our traditional wet/vac. Could not justify the cost.
