Delicious in its own right
I like this particular coconut amino more than some of the others I've tried. It's not really a soy sauce replacement as it can burn if you cook it high (for example, if you marinate a tuna steak in it, allow the excess amino to drain off and cook your tuna quick!).. but in its own right, this is a fantastic flavour addition. I use it in curries, salad dressings, honey chicken and many other dishes.. (rub it into an almost cooked baked sweet potato for a seriously tasty spud!) it has a sweet yet slightly tart taste.I try to avoid soy a bit more than I used to and this has become a store cupboard staple for me, often imparting an extra flavour of tastiness that people can't put their finger on!I recommend this particular coconut amino, but all tastes vary.. I preferred it over the coconut company brand. As a cooking ingredient it's really useful, imparts good flavour and you don't need very much.

Sweeter than soy sauce, great for stirfry
I have used this product for a while and really like it. I would not consider it a substitute for soy sauce as it has a sweeter taste. Similar consistency to soy sauce and taste closer to balsamic vinegar but not as tart. It is great for Asian dishes or a stirfry if you want to add a bit of sweetness to the sour.

EWWWWWW
This smells like vinegar and when I used it on a roast in the oven the whole house was stinking it mad me choke. I bought this as I thought it was a substitute for soy sauce. I was wrong. It also tasted awful. What a waste of money. Just use your normal soy sauce if on keto it will not damage your diet and it is a hell of a lot cheaper.

Best soy substitute ever tried
By far the best coco amino I've tried so far. Also, less expensive than the others. Like all coco aminos, it loses a bit of flavour when cooked but it does leave a lovely soy sauce-like aftertaste when you have it raw or cold. It is on the vinegary side, especially at first taste, but I can only recommend. I love it.

Mine tasted like vinegar!
I think the one I received was off. Tasted like vinegar!! Not at all like the flavours of other brands I've tried.

Tastes like vinegar
The overwhelming taste is of vinegar. It is not suitable to be used as a substitute ingredient for soy sauce in cooking or for dipping in my opinion; I'll be using this on salad as a dressing only because I can't bear to throw away such an expensive product. I'm not sure why it has so many positive reviews.

The perfect substitute for soya sauce
I love this stuff, and now I've discovered it I need some in my cupboard at all times. The perfect healthy substitute for soya sauce, it's great in stir fries, stews and sauces.

It’s not soya sauce
This does not give quite the kick of soya sauce but needs must when you can’t eat soya. It is a very reasonable substitute.
