Love this smart doorknob, I use it for my front door. The instructions and installation is super easy. Anyone can do it, very simple. The App works amazingly. I feel very secure since it automatically locks once I exit, it has multiple finger prints function for each person, I don’t have to look for my keys anymore or stress out if I accidentally forget them inside. I Will buy again once I get a new home and install in every door.I am very greateful to HEI Liang for making such an awesome door knob.

At first I was uncertain about how this would work with my bedroom door after all I want to be able to lock my bedroom door from unwanted guest enter my bedroom without my permission. I went ahead and bought this smart knob lock because I don't want to open the door with key at every time I need to open it. This did meet my expectation and it was easy set up the hardware and connect to app. The codes and fingerprints work great for me without any issue as long you keep your finger clean and oil-free or hand lotion. The app work well but the feature in the app is somehow little weird and confused but it is not a deal breaker here. The smart knob lock looking really nice but it may looking little bulky but still pretty to me, it does automatically lock itself when close the door. I'd recommend this smart knob lock for any room that you don't want kids or nosey guests enter the room. It came in a nice package and instruction too.

Cannot connect to bluetooth. The Tuya application cannot find the device

I got this for me and my tenant 6 months ago. The battery is still at 80% which I think is decent. I really like the fact that I can plug in a USB C cable in case the battery goes bad. I was thinking about hardwiring it somehow since that external power is possible. The fingerprint scanner isn't perfect but works fine. The physical key is nice, but it isn't a standard key from what I understand. The app for this thing is really good and has plenty of cool features and customizations.
