I put it together in about 3 minutes. This is a really well made umbrella. It’s easy to crank up and down. I only gave 4 stars because the tilt mechanism is stiff and hard for me to operate (maybe there’s a knack?) Apart from that, it’s fabulous & when I do manage to operate it, the tilt is a great feature and allows me to not have to keep getting up so often to move the whole thing.

For £40 it isn’t bad! Well made! My boyfriend thought about putting it on his bike stand…. He is very proud of himself. Doesn’t come with a stand I clearly can’t read. My local garden centre is selling basically the same thing for £150 so £40 is a bargain

It's great. Definitely needs a 12kg - 15kg base, our 9kg base allowed it to topple over on first breeze.

Easy to assemble. Robust and well made particularly because not at a high price.

Brilliant covers our table and benches which in turn creates nice shade out of the sun for my children you will need to buy the base for it as it doesn't come with one excellent for the money

I bought just the umbrella and used some bricks with hole to stabilise it. It has good quality and best for summer. I haven’t tried this with the rain.

I love this parasol, especially the ease of winding it up and down! It’s very sturdy and seems well made. It does a perfect job of shading us in the garden and is a lovely colour, too. Can’t fault it.
