Great quality and functionality!
I was looking for a laptop bag to use for work travel that would fit the airline's required dimensions for a personal bag, and this one is perfect! It's comfortable on the shoulders, good quality, and has lot's of great pockets for organization, so it's very versatile. It also has a number lock on the laptop pocket for extra piece of mind when you're in crowded spaces. I've received nothing but compliments on the color and appearance, and the functionality is equally as nice. I would highly recommend this to students, travelers, or simply anyone looking for a quality, affordable but quality bag. I would even use it as a diaper bag. It's super easy to clean!

Durability
This backpack was purchased for a 7th grader and it has been used for an entire yr. It held up very well and is very durable. I have seen my daughter fill this backpack with 4 books , 2 binders, 2 folders, 2 music books, gym cloths, all her beauty products and toiletries, small umbrella, and water bottle. Great buy!

Sturdy, Comfy, Pockety
I've not had it long, but it seems quite well-constructed. The shoulder straps are nicely cushioned, so it's pretty easy on my bad shoulder. The best/worst feature is the pockets: this backpack has seemingly infinite pockets! Pockets for everything you own, so you can keep your food separate from your laptop separate from your papers separate from your phone and ID badges and pens and impulse purchases. If you're a scatterbrained wretch like I am, you will lose track of all your junk in all of the many pockets.
