Very simplistic kit with a couple of bulb sockets and wires. Not at all a project for kids - unnecessarily dangerous stuff with potential heating problems with having to use bulbs inside a cardboard box. An epidiascope itself is a very simple idea and frankly an epidiascope for kids should be LED and battery operated for kids to use. So they can assemble and use it. Its a very simple idea and doesn't need a complicated set up with AC power. Plus, the lens is poorly fixed falls off and the part to hold it isn't made for it either.
