Unfortunately it was too late before I noticed that the letters were mixed up so painting wasn’t as planned

This is a cute Diamond Painting.It comes with all the diamond drills needed to complete the painting as well as an applicator, applicator cushion, drill tray and a number of zip lock bags you can place the diamond drills in when the packaging is opened.However the painting we received did not include the glue/wax block that is needed to dip your applicator in to be able to pickup diamond drills, it also only includes a single drill applicator, no multi drill applicator head.As my wife has done dozens and dozens of diamond paintings we had plenty of spare glue/wax blocks left over so not a real issue for us but if this was your first diamond painting you would have to either buy some extra wax/glue blocks or return it for replacement...
