Only one con
The consturuction is a metal frame and is hollow inside. So try not to screw your bolts deep, it could cause the shape to sqeeze.

Read this before you fix.....
The Product is Good Quality but there are total of 4hooks with 2holes each to fix with a wall anchor screws. But I received only 4 wall anchor screws which I applied all at hooks at lower side and I am unable to find same wall anchors from any stores outside. So that's wat the problem I m facing as they should provide with all 8 wall anchor screws to fix it at the best. Once it's fixed it will be definitely useful.

Assembly kit is not proper.
Bolts n spanner are of different size so can't use spanner to tight the bolts. Some bolts provided are smaller size n are wasteful. Need to purchase from hardware some of nuts n bolts.

Substandard product
Very poorly cobbled together product. I had to get the hanging hooks fabricated myself as the supplied hooks were of very poor quality. The supplied anchor bolts were not the correct size for the hooks supplied and that to only four were given when you actually require eight to anchor four hooks. The bolts for the cushions were not of correct length and I again was lucky enough to find them at an hardware store which I then got cut to the right length. Further one of the handle grips is missing when I opened the package. The side which touches the wall while the equipment is hanging will undoubtedly damage the wall unless you put some sort of padding on it. If there is a way to report for substandard equipment being sold at amazon, I would love to report this. Anyways I have managed to set it up eventually.. and have done so cause I desperately wanted to have a pull-up bar installed for use at home.
