Terrible Meat Netting
Sorry, worse meat netting. Making Italian Braciole, roll the meat, use kitchen twine or toothpicks. Tried this product and it frays bad, gets into the meat. Every cook is different, I would not use, afraid the material would cook into the meat. I've worked as a cook, baker, deli and would not use this product item.
