Jero 3 Piece Pro Butcher Meat Processing Set - Butcher, Skinning, Boning Knife

I bought them for my wife and she loves them. She uses them on every thing. Great edge and comfortable handles.

We used this set to butcher 1 elk, 2 deer, and 1 antelope. They arrived sharp but were easy to sharpen when it came time. The handles are durable and comfortable and we are extremely pleased with the purchase.

Great product. I have actually used these knives to field dress and completely butcher several large animals from start to finish. From skinning to boning they did great. They have good edge retention and sharpen easy enough. These are much more efficient and cut with less effort than cheaper knives which is a must have for quality cuts. You’ll notice the difference after a 12 hour day processing your own hogs over a set of cheaper knives. I recommend these as a solid choice. My only complaint is a tiny amount of rust appearing after multiple runs through the dishwasher.

Husband loves them, has made cleaning deer and processing easy.

Bought these as a gift for Christmas and they have been well used already!

These knives are a great product! We still have some that I bought almost 8 years ago and they are really good for cutting meat! I highly recommend this product and the seller!

Nice to start with, but dull quickly.

Butchered 2ea 1700lb bulls... knives held up great. Sharpened to a hell of a good edge and held for longer than expected. Only needed a ceramic to get them right back to business.... will definitely buy more of these
