First, I will always say that I cannot really vouch for the efficacy of a supplement, having no controls or lab. However, I'm not sure I really noticed any difference after a month of taking these.The capsules are a good, swallowable size, but a daily dose is three capsules, which is a lot. But, I didn't notice any unpleasant effects from them; none of the unpalatable burps you can get with dry capsules sometimes.The list of ingredients has a lot of quality items, good for many different issues, too. The price is pretty steep for a one-month supply, though.

I noticed less shedding at first. I also have noticed that my hair around my head is thicker. I am seeing several shorter hairs coming in. It will probably take a while for it to grow out, which means I would need to continue taking this indefinitely. Unfortunately, I don't like having to take 3 pills for this, especially since I have so many other supplements that I take on a daily basis. Overall though, I would say these work!

I used these over the summer, I kept my hair primarily in braids while using these. It did appear to make a small difference in length, however they need to be used for more than a month to see any real difference. Taking 3 pills was a bit much. I did like that they had vitamin d, i am vitamin d deficient which has affected my hair growth. For this price point, I would not purchase them and would look for another supplement.

I have taken this entire bottle of this Bundu hair growth supplement and I am pretty satisfied with results that I’ve seen taking this product. I think I would have to take it for a little longer to see like growth from this. I took it for the entire month, taking three capsules per day with a meal as directed, what I noticed, firstly is that my hair was fuller so not necessarily that it grew significantly longer than usual, but my hair was fuller, and I noticed a significant amount in shedding decrease which was amazing. Overall, this is a good product and I would you use this supplement for hair growth again.

The blend is decent and interesting, but at $60 per month it will be cost-prohibitive for most people.And to be honest, there does not seem to be any effect discernable in the first month.So, the question is: Do you want to throw $60 down the drain for the chance of this working? I don't.
