This pillow is great. It is super soft on the outside and very comfortable. It covers your head very well and has a clip to keep it on with an adjustable strap. It feels nice an warm, which is great as it is often very cold on planes. It comes with a little pouch and packs very well to a convenient size. It has a zipper to remove the blue cover to be able to wash it. To me, it really covers everything you'd want from a neck pillow. The support is very good and the price is fantastic. Ordered as a gift for my husband. He loves the memory foam neck rest and the feel of the material it is covered in. The only issue is after 3 uses the seem where the hood connects to the neck rest busted. We may have gotten a bad one because the rest of the material feels like great quality stuff.

I received my Biilup and immediately tried it on. It far exceeded my expectations for comfort and quality. I trust this hooded neck pillow will shield me from the cold circulating air during my overnight flight to Europe next week and best of all is the convenient carry bag for packing it up and attaching to mr carry on so it won’t get left behind!

Surprisingly comfy, I thought it was inflatable but it’s like memory foam or something. It can be a little bulky, but manageable.

If you like very firm pillows then this will be perfect for you. Other than being too firm for me, and my boyfriend when he tried, it's a nice travel pillow. I love the hood, great for sleeping on a train/car/plane and you want a little privacy.

I absolutely love this travel neck rest with the hoodie attached. It keeps me warm when others have the air on. Its soft and easy to put back in it's sleeve. The only problem I have is that it didn't come in purple but that's not enough to take away a 🌟. Love it love it love it!

The idea of this travel pillow is great! Having the hood to hide your face while sleeping on a plane is nice. It is small though. I got myself and my son one and it fit him perfectly. (He's 12)

I brought this pillow to travel on Amtrak train & it was perfect. I love the way I was able to cover my head & it supported my neck!
