Beautiful illustrations made the reading experience better. Must buy.

This book ! Man it is such a justified purchase ! Unbiased, i will review this for three kind of people1. Just starting the Harry Potter SeriesIf you are on the fence about which to go with - Print version or the Illustrated version, i will suggest the illustrated version through and through.The illustrations are fantastic for a first time reader and will vividly help you imagine the plot as it progresses.If you don't like illustration, by all means, print version has a charm of its own ( I have both )2. A reader of the series but not a fanatic.If you've read the books but have no particular attachment to it, this book will probably be not quite useful for you. Unless illustrations interest you, it will be the same story.3. The hardcore forever fanatics, who will be with the series, Always.I don't even need to tell. This is every penny worthy kinda book. It is the kinda book i will pass onto my kids. Must have.Review of the Book:HP PS is a great story, but i will not go into the details.Same fab story, new gloss. Gorgeous, gorgeous illustrations. The rate is a great factor for considering buying the illustrated version. I mean a 2 kg beautifully illustrated glossy page book at around 700-900 ? Unbelievable price for such a quality book !The illustrations have a life of their own and are nothing like the movies or the characters in the movies. They literally come to life from the books and books alone. Petunia is blonde, Hermione has damn bushy hair, Ron has freckles, Harry is adorable !This book has warmth. I am not exaggerating !Jim Kay, take a bow for those gorgeous illustrations.Review of the packaging:Very quick delivery, was over the moon about it, kudos for the speed.BUT I hate it when i get a book and its dented. Its a small dent and i may be over-reacting, but i like to wear out my books on my own terms. Almost makes me reconsider ordering online.Faced a same dent issue with my copy of Cursed Child.

Good book but packaging was bad. Book was directly placed inside the package without a paper/bubble wrap resulting in a nick on the cover of the book.

I bought the hard cover one, which is the illustrated edition. This will be an excellent gifting option to a young child as well as a potter head. The illustration is not influenced by the movies. So that is good. If you are trying to lure your young son/daughter/niece/nephew, into the world of harry potter, this will be an excellent choice. The illustration might make the book much more appealing to a child or any new reader in that case.

The book arrived in excellent condition and the original illustrations are gorgeous. Unique from any other editions of harry potter with glossy paper larger font and fantastic illustrations of the artist Jim Kay. The packaging could have been sturdier to avoid any possible damage but luckily the book arrived unscathed. A visual treat for all ages.

This book came in the mail and I was shocked at how beautiful it is. The hardcover illustrated version of this story is perfect gift for a family to have in the house for a lifetime. We’ll worth the money!

Linda essa versão da Scholastic. Já tinha um da Bloomsbury e não muda praticamente nada, a não ser a fonte do título da capa e o que vem escrito em uma das orelhas do livro. Pelo menos agora minha coleção da Scholastic tá completa (até o momento).

Beautiful illustrations, timeless story. Lovely hard bound book, feels very premium. Great for reading with the family.

My son went to a Harry potty inspired birthday party and so I wanted him to know the story and this book is beautifully illustrated. He wakes up wanting to read the book☀️ I’m sure I’ll be ordering the entire collection
