Totally upset.... I ordered this item which consist of a matrix smooth straight Shampoo, Conditioner and Serum but I received 2 conditioners and 1 matrix biolace serum.... I could not return it because this item is not eligible for return so totally upset...

poor and expired quality product
Expired product delivered. shampoo does not make any foam. also expiry date sticker easily cane out which shows it is of poor quality and expired. i feel cheated

Fake!!!! Got refund from AMAZON.
I have been using the matrix.opti care products since 3 months from a offline store and have tried to get them online and I can definitely say this are not the same as offline products....the hair serum to obvious I think the shampoo and conditioner are okay but I don't think they are as good as offline products. I have checked the product information and the Matrix customer (by email) care support really helped me and confirmed it was fake product! I have shared the Email to Amazon got refund. (In process) I hope Amazon take action on Sellar.

Don't go for it
Not worth for the money. It does nothing to your hair. I was getting migraine because of the smell. The shampoo made my hair even more frizzier. And the conditioner does nothing at all.

I GOT THE EXPIRED PRODUCTS
I know the matrix shampoo and conditioner will be good.. But the one got are the outdated ones means i got the expired products and in the place of manufacturing and expiration dates they sticked a sticker with the recent dates... And now. My hair got damaged after using these stupid expired products.. Dont BUY THESE KINDA PRODUCTS ON AMAZON... EVEN FLIPKART IS BETTER FOR THESE KIND OF PRODUCTS

Duplicate bad product
Shampoo and conditioner seems to be duplicate. They have pungent smell instead of soothing like original.
