Fun!
This fun levitating potter is a fun way to show off your succulents or other small plants. The base is a little bigger than I pictured and the pot a little smaller but it is accurate to the size in the description. The unit is made of all plastic and once you plug it in and gently place the pot in the center of the base (a few inches above it) it levitates like magic. Overall I'm happy with the illusion, a slightly smaller base and real wood (or more realistic looking wood) would have made this a home run (esp for the price) but overall it's a fun way to show off your plants in a new way.

You’ll want to show everyone!
The picture on the box looks really cool but I was a little doubtful it would work that well. I bought it for my brother for Christmas and it was the first thing we took out of the box after opening gifts! It is very easy to turn on and seems very high quality. Would definitely recommend. I think I want to buy one for myself now

Very cool! Worth the price, definitely!
Wow! Super cool! Be a little patient while centering the levitating part. Don't put it on a surface that gets moved around a lot or could be bumped. It is very stable, but if it is jarred hard enough the planter will snap down onto the bottom.

Very cool, but you can't put much in the pot...
Overall, this item is really eye-catching, but when I put even a small handful of cherry blossom petals (again, just petals, not even stems) it started to wobble, so I couldn't put in as much as I would have liked. I'm also not sure how long this thing will last, but I have it plugged in and I doubt it takes up much energy. (Also, be patient with trying to get the pot right above the base's magnet; it took me so long I also gave up, but once it's centered, it stays there nicely.)

So Cool!
This made a perfect gift for someone that "has everything" and wowed everyone there celebrating! I was able to find a small succulent in a plastic pot that fit perfectly, and the setup was easy. Simply plug in base, and, holding pot cupped in both hands, place in the center - shifting around until you feel it balance. Then slowly remove hands.

It's not as easy as just plugging it in.
Don't waste your money. I've tried 10 times and the base does not float. Instructions say to keep trying and you will be successful. I successfully threw it in the garage can on my first try.
