My daughter loves her lotso! This is the second one I’ve brought her but this one is abit bigger. They have there smell for ages!

Poor quality
I purchased this item for my daughters birthday and was very disappointed with it.The item arrived vacuum wrapped which was a bit strange. Once opened it was clear the toy looked nothing like as advertised, does not bear resemblance to Lotso and looks extremely grubby.Definitely would not recommend.Only positive is that it does actually smell faintly like strawberries.

Amazing quality
Got 2 of these 1 each for the twins not that big but not to small good size don't smell of strawberries like the bear on toy story but good for those toy story fans

Not to scale when compared with other characters.
Very much like the film, even smells faintly of Strawberries and looks a bit scruffy.Only dissappointment was that it is not to scale compared to other characters, this is despite purchasing the larger bear.

This product arrived vacuum packed, which wasn't stated in the description. Returned it immediately. A complete disappointment and let down for my child.

Just awful
Absolutely terrible quality, nothing like the picture. It is BAD. Comes vacuum packed. Had weird white specs on it when I opened the bag, we have allergies in this house and I didn't want to risk investigating further. Immediately reboxed for a refund. Do not buy!

I was excited about getting this for my granddaughter been all over shopping for it. When it came it was in a vacuum sealed bag and all crushed we opened it I was crushed. We think it has been used as its dirty looking fur is all tacky and dirty grey not at all like the picture.disgusted with this so much I cannot even rate it .
