It's the first product which I got delivered late...I use heat tools oftenly and this guard protection works great for my hair

WITHIN A WEEK I SAW THE NUMBER JUMP FROM 14,491 TO WHERE IT IS NOW.THESE FAKE CHINESE PRODUCTS NEED TO BE BANNED FROM AMAZON.This product sprays on tacky, doesn't detangle, nor protects from heat. It actually made my hair weaker and caused more split ends and more strands falling out.Ive had used Chi hair products in the past with no issues. Their straighteners are great too.Perhaps this is a knock off, no surprise as a lot of Chinese knock offs are appearing more often on Amazon now.I'll be returning this.I'll go back to using the Revlon Uniq One instead.

My wife's happy. I was worried I was gonna pull some dumb husband stuff but it's the right item. Whew! Getting what you're expecting to get is a good thing! Especially when your wife can and will kill you.

This product made my hair sticky and stiff. I have cancelled all chi ordered products placed and reverted to my old thermal protection spray. I have a strict hair routine where i do a deep conditioning treatment and use a heat protectant lightly when blow drying or straightening. My hair with my usual heat protectant usually moves freely and is soft, I got the exact opposite with this product.

Currently using as a heat protectant for my blow dried hair. A little bit goes a long way and it leaves my curly hair soft, straight and damage free!

Compared with other products I have used I find this very sticky. I would not buy this again
