" Lucigenâs NxGenâ„ T7 RNA Polymerase is superior in transcription reliability. T7 RNA Polymerase catalyzes the 5â²â’3â² RNA synthesis from the T7 promoter. It is a DNA-dependent RNA polymerase cloned from the T7 bacteriophage, which recognizes the T7 promoter and terminator sequences with high specificity. Performance Specifications: 1) Unit Concentration: 50,000 U/mL. 2) Purity (SDS-PAGE): > - 99%. 3) SS Exonuclease: 500 U < - 0.1% released. 4) DS Exonuclease: 500 U < - 0.1% released. 5) Endonuclease: 500 U < - 10% converted. 6) RNAse Contamination: 500 U = none detected. 7) E. coli 16S rDNA Contamination: 500 U < - 10 copies. 8) Storage: -20°C.
