These resistance bands have become a staple in my home workouts. These resistance bands are a nice little set to provide a workout for pretty much any part of the body. My current bands are the rope type, with clip on handles and I find it useful to have this type in addition to be able to hit different body parts in a different way. They're sometimes a bit easier to use when you don't have to keep stopping to unclip, swap and reclip the handles as with my rope type bands. I also find them more effective than the simple strip style bands.Plenty of advice, movements and band exercises online should you wish to use this type of exercise aid but if in doubt check with a qualified P.T. or health care professional as required and as appropriate to your needs/condition. I find that they are not only a good way to maintain strength but are also good for increasing mobility.Recommended.
