Nike Strength Training Ball

My favorite work out ball! Only advice is make sure you’re using it indoors, or on a Matt or something other tha. Direct concrete. :) I learned the hard way. It’s still holding up great, but the Nike sign and etching is coming off. Ball is still in great shape other than that and it’s a nice weight for higher rep or higher speed movements. Heavy enough but light enough.

Ball ist die kleinste Größe. War so nicht aus dem Artikel erkennbar. Sonst Material usw. super aber bei geringem Gewicht nur bedingt fürs Training geeignet!

ちょっとでか過ぎるかな。重さは初心者の場合、5キロは難しい。2〜3キロ程度でちょうどいいですよ。
