I saw an immediate improvement in my skin appearance - especially in reducing effects of allergies and providing smoothness and even skin tone on my face.NOTE: It's also great for making both dairy and coconut milk yogurt. For coconut milk yogurt, it's best to use a good canned version of the milk with reduced oil and additives such as agar agar or guar gum and other thickeners.For dairy yogurt, I use a good quality grass fed powdered milk (4 cups powdered milk to 2 cups of filtered water and 4-8 tabs (3bn+ count each). Method: Scald the milk at 180-190 degrees F for 15mins then cool to 98 degrees F and once you can comfortably place your index finger in the milk mix, its ready for you to make a slurry with 1/4 cup of same warm milk with at least 4-8 tabs gently crushed and mix in, stirring gently with a wooden spoon and gently mix into the milk in a 1 quart glass bowl. Ferment the mixture for 36-48 hours. DO NOT STIR the fermenting mixture while it is setting as you will end up with curds & whey! If this happens, you can simply use the runny mess to make a proper batch of yogurt.

I received my first bottle of probiotics sooner than expected and have been taking for a few days now. It's to be taken on an empty stomach so I take one when I first get up in the morning and one before bed. It may be too soon to report any major results, but I feel my digestive system has improved already. I read this particular strain of probiotics is good for weight loss so am anxious to find out. These guys are strong and work, great food feeling healthy feminine wise. Dissolves very easy with no smell. Love how many there are in the bottle.

No change in bowel issues in 20 days. What is that?

These are Very Potent microbes dont be fooled by the size of these tablets. I was, they are very tiny and I was making the yogurt for my wife and saw how tiny they were that I figured I needed more than necessary. The label says 3 billion CFUs in 2 tablets. I didnt believe that so use several more. In about 18 hours I had explosions! Literally the top blew off on one mason jar and saturated the area with yogurt. So please follow directions, knowing these are potent!!!

I bought this because it was highly recommended for Restless Legs. I haven't had any spasms since I went on it.

If you are popping it, fine. We are using it to make yogurt so I think purchasing it in powder form might be much more economical - I told my husband. Great product though. Your health starts in the gut.

Incredible tiny little pills! I take 2 in the morning and it lasts me all day. Another review said that coffee breath vanishes after about 15 minutes-true! Slight appetite suppression - true! It also feels like my salivary glands are constantly working well so no dry mouth. Stomach more regular, and it almost feels like I have a very mild mint in my mouth all day long!! Will definitively order a lifetime supply of this - such a great price too!
