I've been eating mushrooms and mushroom powders for a while. Such great nutrition in them! I do try to eat real mushrooms when I can, but powders are so easy to use any time. I make a daily shake, usually chocolate flavored. This mixes right into my shake and makes it taste even better! Great flavor, and I'm happy to get the nutrients in an easy way.

For 30 scoops, the price is a bit high for me, but overall I really like this powder. It tastes good in water, milk and coffee. I have been taking mushroom supplements like this for a while now, and while I can't pinpoint any benefits or side effects, I feel like they are generally good to take. I like that this one has natural flavors, is sweetened with stevia (actually, I'd prefer no flavors or sweeteners, but this is good for a change), and has both lion's mane and reishi mushrooms. It mixes well and, again, tastes good.

My morning shake will never be the same again. Adding this to it has been a game changer. When I open this container, I know it's gonna be a great day! It smells so delicious, so enticing, so yummy! Adding a scoop of this to my morning shake makes it taste and smell so much better. In spite of all the other not so yummy things I put in there, this delicious powder makes it all better.2,000 mg of Lion's Mane and 2,000 mg of Reishi - these are really generous quantities! Wellmune yeast beta glucan has also been added (250mg), which has been clinically shown to help strengthen your immune system.The fringe benefits I've been noticing since taking this wonderful mushroom mixture are: increased energy, better focus and mental alertness. My heartburn episodes have decreased in both intensity and frequency. I absolutely love this stuff and highly recommend it!Update about five weeks later: THIS STUFF IS GOLD!!! This has given me a new lease on life, by providing me with energy and focus. It has improved my mental acuity, my energy levels and my overall mood. I like that it mixes well and doesn’t clump up. That’s important because I’m not a super huge fan of the taste so I mix it into my protein. It’s a great boost for my mental mixed with a boost for my physical! Mushrooms always do me right and these appear to have a decent effect for me. I think overall I would prefer them not to be sweetened so I could mask it myself. Although it certainly does need to be masked. If you’ve ever had a blended powder before you know…

We tried this mushroom supplement with coffee. I thought the flavor was pretty good but definitely too sweet, and it did have an aftertaste. My wife tried it once and will never use it again because it's much much too sweet for her and the stevia is way too strong. I will continue using it because of the beneficial mushrooms, but it's not my favorite mushroom powder supplement. If you like very, very sweet, chocolatey drinks, you may enjoy this one.I love that it's vegan, mixes well with coffee, and has been thoroughly lab-tested. Great supplement if you like the flavor.

The powder inside is very fine and has a noticeable sweet chocolate aroma. There is also a scoop included within the jar.The suggested use is to mix 1 scoop (8g) with 8-10 ounces of water, coffee, protein shake, or any beverage. It also notes not to exceed 2 servings daily. Each serving contains 2g of Lion’s Mane mushroom, 2g of Reishi mushroom, and 250mg of Wellmune brand Yeast Beta Glucan. I’ve mixed this drink mix powder by spoon and with a shaker cup, and while it will mix by stirring with a spoon it takes a bit more time and I find it easier to use the shaker cup. I weigh out the 8g as scoops of powder is not the most reliable measurement, I find it best to weigh. When mixed with water I find this to be a sweet tasting chocolate drink, somewhat smooth and not gritty. I found the sweet Dutch Chocolate flavor tasty and I got what I expected. No complaints!

If there's nothing to hide about the ingredients, why be vague about "natural flavors"? I can't tolerate stevia. Not sure what "steviol glycosides" are - but they cause just as bad of a reaction as stevia....

Good mix of mushrooms and easy to mix by itself or when added to whey protein.The taste is not bad. It’s sweetened with steviol glycoside (basically stevia). I would’ve preferred if it wasn’t sweetened but the taste still works for me.
