great candle all around
This is a really nice candle. I love the soy wax; it burns very easily. The wick will need trimming periodically as it does have a tendency to get sooty at the end.These candles have a long burning time (I have not been measuring, but I would have expected mine to go out already, based on other candles I have, and I'm still able to light it). And they throw the scent really far. If you leave one of these burning and leave the room for a moment, then come back, you'll notice the scent across a decent-sized room.I like the scent, too. The vanilla/tonka bean/musk/sandalwood combination is wonderful (and something I love in perfumes, as well). It's nice to have a candle that's not fruity or terribly floral, for a change. (And even though this has a vanilla note to the scent, it doesn't smell like dessert or make me hungry.)Definitely glad I tried this one -- it's good, all around.
