Printer is ready to setup. Has adjustments to get the print quality that suits your needs. It does not have wireless connectivity so much be connected to computer but that's what I was looking for. The functionality for the price I paid was a good fit for the small amount of labels I print.

Hot garbage, not worth the time, money or effort. I've sat here now for almost two hours to have ONE label I might be able to use. Print quality is low at best, and this thing is selecting where to begin printing at complete random. The only support you can find anywhere is for getting it connected via Bluetooth which is not the issue. The issue is this thing is operating at the efficiency level of a dolphin trying to drive an 18 wheeler through the desert.I cannot firmly enough recommend avoiding this thing. ZERO EASE OF USE. DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY. Does NOT calibrate as promised. Will be returning promptly.

Label printer is very easy to setup and prints great. The print speeds are actually crazy fast, I adjusted it to go slower in the device settings, and you'll mostly likely want to also increase the blackness level, as the default is on the lighter side. Getting it installed on both windows and android was as straight forward as following the setup guide that comes with it. For now I'm just using it for shipping labels, and found for best results (on my unit) to have a bottom offset of 2mm. I like it :)

I was sent this printer and there was an error with it. The seller took every step to make sure that I had a working product. I would give them more stars if I could. They responded quickly and did not hesitate to do what needed to be done to make the situation right. The product works as it should. I will need to order more labels as I had played around and printed some to make sure all was working correctly.

I haven’t tried it fully yet, just got it today for my small business. Setting it up was pretty easy but trying to use the Bluetooth on the laptop was kinda complicated, I installed the drivers but kept saying they weren’t installed when I tried to use it. So I downloaded the app and did a test print and it came out fine, will be testing more tonight so hopefully it worth it 🤞🏼

Purchased this bluetooth to go with my Apple computer since it does not have a USB connection. Works great.

I got this to print shipping labels on my MacBook for my online business. While I appreciate that it was easy to find the driver (unlike another printer I bought and returned), I got an error installing it because it's from an unidentified developer, so apple can't verify that it's free from malware. Is there a way around that error? Yes. Could this program be harmless? Yes. But could it also be loaded with malware and apple's warning is valid? Yes. So instead, I just installed the app on my iPhone and I'm using it to print business labels, rather than shipping labels, which can be done from my phone's photo album. If someone is less nervous than me and gives it a thumbs up for macs in the future, then I'll backpedal and install the driver after all, cause I'd like to use this for what I had intended.The quality is fine for this type of printer. Slightly pixelated (I think the resolution is the standard 203 dpi), but dark enough and usable. Giving it 2 stars since it's not properly vetted to use on a mac with full confidence. And my mac is 2023 by the way, so it's not an outdated things causing the problem.
