Don’t risk something you’re not prepared to lose
Perhaps I just received a defective card but approximately 75% of the pictures were ruined and were unable to be retrieved. This happened twice and with two different adapters.Card was formatted properly prior to use both times.I used mine in a game camera so I lost nothing that important but I could have just as easily used it for vacation photos or something equally important so my suggestion is to not risk something you’re not prepared to lose.

Warranty?! Errors are starting to occur after 4 months.
I was looking for a high-end 16GB micro SD card to use as the hard drive in my Raspberry Pi. The Raspberry Pi is an extremely tiny computer that measures ~about 5"x3"x2". These small but powerful computers are used for things like controlling automated Christmas light displays; I use mine for the graphic intensive application called Kodi. This micro SD card was purchased in late June, 2019. The Raspberry Pi does not have a traditional hard drive, they're very Compact and use a Micro SD card to function as the hard drive. So I was looking for a very high-end card of relatively small size today, as it's a critical repository for the operating system. I've had this for a few months now and I'm noticing more and more fatal errors reading and writing to the drive. I pulled the micro SD card and deep formatted it multiple times trying to resolve the air. I only paid about $6 for this but I was willing to spend more to get a very stable reliable Drive. This is not the drive. Although relatively small by today's standards, it probably would work fine for holding images and video and stuff, but again 16GB they pretty much put in a box of Cheerios today. Storage has gotten phenomenally cheap. So I'm searching for a better flash drive, typically Samsung drives have been Rock Solid I may go that direction.Actually, this should be under warranty. If any providers ever read reviews; I have a failed card guys. Help me out.

Fails to maintain Class 10/U1/U3 write speeds under sustained load
Got this microSD card out of curiosity when it was on sale. The card is advertised as a Class 10/U3 card, so it should maintain at least 10MB/s when writing data. Running Crystal Disk Mark shows reasonably good numbers for sequential reads/writes which compare somewhat favorably to a 4-year-old 64GB Samsung Pro microSD card I had sitting around. However, trying to transfer a large 3.5GB data file to my Strontium Nitro A1 revealed a problem. The card appears to provide advertised write speeds with relatively small files, but continuously writing to the card shows that write speeds can drop to 1MB/s or even less, as I witnessed in my tests. This can present a problem if you bought this card thinking that you can use it to capture long running videos. Running the same test against my old Samsung card shows that it does not suffer from the same issue.Bottom line: Do not buy if you must have a microSD card that can maintain class 10/U1/U3 speeds at all times. It should be an OK card if your typical usage involves mostly reads or if your writes are limited in size and duration. The card appears to stall after only a few seconds of writing.

No pleased with this product.
Bought two of the exact same cards. One to go into a new phone for my wife and the other for my son's new phone too. They complained within a month that they the phones were telling them there was a problem with the cards. We reseated the cards and finally got them to be recognized again by the phones. Then in about another month same issue on both phones again. This time one card failed completely, contacted customer service and currently awaiting the shipment of a replacement card, but the second phone is having more trouble too. They work well when working but only three months into this a not a good track record.

Best "unknown" brand of micro-SD card I have tried yet.
Bought the 128gb micro-SD card when I happened upon what looked to me to be a darn good deal, one of those short-lived pop-up sales that was almost half off. This has been the workhorse memory card for me filming my son's team's baseball games. He typically plays in 2-3 games a day of each Saturday and Sunday in season, and this card can hold 4-6 full two hour long game videos for each of two weekends before I need to do a data dump and start again the next weekend. Never a failure, always works first time and never any issues with bad sectors and lost data even after using it for almost a full year so far. I keep my eyes out for another similar sale because I am hooked on this card. Would I buy it again -- you betcha !!

Yeah, well, I have been trying for sometime to get a replacement! First, should not have purchased said product! I am staying away from Manufacturer! Warranty? Seems that Amazon has ton of these cards, yet, have no clue how to handle a "Lifetime Warranty"AM, unable to format this 128gb card! Have tried on 3 laptops, 1 desktop, and 2 different phones! NO GO! Card will not format, no matter what type I try, (fat, fat32, xfat, ext2, ext4, or even swap)HOW can We get a replacement that works? Not happy

Never worked
This card was meant to be used for music and playable in car, but has never worked. It will hold the files, but then they aren't recognized by any of our players. Never had this problem before with other cards. It also states it is 64 mb but the computer says it only has 58 capacity with nothing on it. Missed my return window. :(

Long term usability a question mark
Compared to Sandisk/HP/Samsung, this is priced much lower.I got 118GB out of the 128GB.It is UHS 1 compliant, so should be good for 4K video. At the price point, its a no brainer.Edit: After using for 1 year, one fine day, the memory card got corrupted and I lost all my data. After few weeks, the card started working again.Bad experience and as a result, I have stopped saving data in memory card in fear of another error. After lots of thinking, I have decided to to go for google cloud service. Such unreliability is dangerous and can really screw you up.Hence, knocking of 2 stars.

good speed but dead within 2 months
Dont buy this, just after using it for 2 months and the card has died taking all my data with itself. In the beginning I started to loose my pictures and video files as being automatically truncated to zero bytes and now the whole card is dead. It will prompt to format but the process is never successful.Even for going for RMA is a big pain because there is only "one" service center that too in Delhi. And we need to send it there at our own cost.I have used Kingston, Sandisk and even Samsung memory cards but none of them were so poor quality as this one from Strontium.

Excellent SD card from Stornium
Used mostly Stornium SD card's in many of my phones or tablets or GoPro for many years and all these years getting their high end SD cards have been great use for me.PROS------Speed on transfer on PC to this card is closer to 11Mb which is good for my needs. At current price for U1 which offers Full_HD recording speed at good bitrate this SDcard is sufficient.Looks at black color might give you some not infusing interest but regardless it works just as good as more named products good thing is it generally come with varying additions as usb mounts to microusb mounts which is great.CONS------Nothing really
