It's a piece of glass with a leather handle. Not much to go wrong. It works exactly as you would expect and the price was reasonable.

The items arrived at my front door step intact and unharmed. Contrary to the fact that they were not in a mailer or box. The packaging from the manufacturer was all that protected these GLASS items from the rigors of the United States mailing system. That said, they're awesome! Perfect for my needs and at a reasonable price. They're thick glass, well made and an absolute bargain compared to the cost of others I have seen online. I removed one star for the packaging but these are definitely worth the cover charge of ownership. I would buy them again.

I like the glass slickers, very sturdy, but I chose to make my own covers out of leather instead of using the vinyl covers that come with the product.
