Packaging in poor condition.
The packaging of this was in way worse condition than I was expecting, with tears and wear. It's not good for a collector. Hopefully my boyfriend doesn't mind.

3 different models of the Batmobile
THe Microverse toys were made by Kenner in response to the very popular Micromachines made by Galoob (who was shut down by Hasbro in 1999). Microverse was only made for a few years, but they had some interesting sets like the Harley-Davisdson motorcycle shop. The vehicles are tiny and made of plastic. At less that 2" long they are about 1/4 the size of a Hot Wheel and are not made for small children. I recommend 7 years and up myself. This set includes 3 different version of the Batmobile from DC's Batman franchise.1) is the Batmobile design from the early 1990's "Batman The Animated Series" (BTAS).2) is the Batmobile from the 1989 live action movie "Batman" starring Michael Keaton.3) is the Batmobile from the 1995 live action "Batman Forever" with Val Kilmer. These sets are quite rare now, made in a small production run in 1996 and discontinued by the next year. You can find these at Comic Conventions, and are getting pricey. Microverse also made a set of miniature Batman characters, and two same scale playsets to accompany these vehicles, just search Amazon for "Microverse Batman". Combines with the playsets and the figures, these are very fun. I liked miniature toys like Micromachines, Planet Micro, and Microverse toys for my son since space gets limited for toys after awhile, plus they are very portable for the car or the RV.

Very good set.
Each vehicle has a rotating top which opens to show you a tiny Batman figure at the driver's seat. The detail and quality of these little toys is actually pretty amazing. As the previous reviewer noted, do not purchase these for smaller children. More of a collector's item nowadays. I bought these with my allowance when I was a little kid, and I think I still have them all. So, that's about 12-13 years these have been with me and none of them are broken. They're very solid and great for those of us who loved micromachines. If you get a set for a good price, hold on to them.
