Mixed thoughts.
The speed is there and the suspension works well, only one shock leaking. It's fun.My problem is with the build and quality of material. Found several screws overtightened to stripped out. The steering servo has a bind internally, I tried to correct this before installing a battery... nothing to fix, the servo is junk. However the steering linkage is very fluid when disconnected. The front and rear hood/cover supports and bracket have broken off (after 3 batteries) still fun to run without the lid. Battery compartment is outstanding with three Velcro straps. Truck sits up high due to suspension positioning. Tires are ok, just not grippy. You can do some drifting in the grass if you can keep it from flipping over. The motor and drivetrain look like it will put up with some punishment. And it's plenty fast. You need some oven land to run a 14.4v in it. The eleven volt battery that comes with it is pretty good with fair runtime. Many RC cars have a decent parts network, I can't find any parts for this one... So that's makes me wonder.I will come up with a better way to mount the car body and I've ordered a new steering servo.Just FYI, the first day I had it I was disappointed, the second day after making adjustments to the servo l learned to drive it differently, and it's fun. If I get any further failures, I'll be sure to list them in the future.

To trash
One piece after another broke. Esc burned up in 5 minutes. Body post broke first roll over. Plastics extremely hard and brittle. Don’t waste your time. Complete garbage

ITS TOOOOOO FAST
Dont turn the speed range knob to 100 percent. If you do, this thing isnt able to stay on the right side of its four wheels. Its not an X-Maxx so we named it the X-mini.

Not the best for the price.
The media could not be loaded. This is an ok adult Rc truck. It’s pretty big coming in at around 20 inches compared to my other 1/8 scale at 23 inches. The quality is decent, it has metal parts including the bottom plate, drive shafts, mounts etc. it runs good but has no gyro. You need to turn down your steering rate for sure if you want to go high speed. The remote is actually pretty darn good. It’s a dumborc remote which are good remotes. The remote feels nice and feels like good quality. The range is good too and I have not had any disconnect issues. The issues I have is that the shocks leak. All 4 of them leak on the first run. I took them off and made sure they are tight but they are leaking from the shaft and body area. No way to fix that, they are cheap quality shocks. You will waste oil as it will fairly quickly leak out and it just makes a mess. The other issue is the body mounts are rather weak. One flip and one of the front posts broke off. Not a huge issue but could be stronger. When you look at the box it shows an RC with a nice screen on it but that’s not the model you get in the box. You also notice that the listing says spare battery but you only get one. You get a 4000mah 3s battery with a fairly cheap feeling hard case. For the price as is I would look at other options. I just can’t recommend for this price range especially with these leaky shocks.

Definitely not 1/8
Way over priced and average 1/10 size but pretty fast and fun

Easy to handle
IT's very easy to handle, different from another large car,it have “super slow mode” on the truck,it can be turn to 25% speed so that you can give the remote control to children
