Q: Will this product work with a 2009 2500HD?

It will not work with torsion bar style suspension. This is a spacer that goes above and below the "coil over strut" suspension like on the 1500's. I left out the lower (smaller spacer) and it leveled my wife's truck great. For the 3/4 ton and up it requires a different setup to lift it, usually a lot more components. It fit my 2014 sierra SLE 1500 4x4. I would say yes it fits and it's easy to install. Watch the YouTube video. Makes it easy.

It fit my 2017 so I believe so as far as warranty I don’t see why I sent my to the alignment shop after I installed the kit and the specs where still right on

I think it is 33's. It really depends on rim width but on stick rims it should be good. Consult with your local installer for accurate information.
