HollisPRESSURE GAUGE MODULE PSI -- METAL W/O BOOT

I bought two of these for my sidmount rigging: both of them leaked. Swapped the bourbon tubes for a longer pin, which slowed but did not stop the leak. Thought it may be an issue with my 6” high pressure hoses being a different brand but my dive buddy, who is also switching to sidemount and bought two Hollis gauges, is experiencing the same problem. He has the Hollis 6” HP hoses.Disappointed, to say the least. Reputable brand. Feels like quality construction. Switching to Cressi and eating the cost since I can’t return these.

Best SPG so far. I've been looking at gauges for 40 years. Easy to read underwater and perfect size. KISS is the answer for diving with gauges. This is my primary gauge and a computer is my backup. Some things need to be metal and glass! For added protection use the rubber boot.
