This thing is massive, but powerful and worth the price.
As somebody who lives in a motel room, this burner is fantastic. The fans are loud, but it produces very little heat radiation thanks to them. I appreciate the locking feature because I have cats that like to jump on our counter when we're not looking and walk across the kitchen appliances. (And yes, cat paws will turn this burner on, so be careful.) I also really like that the heat stays consistent, and it doesn't shut the heat off halfway through cooking like most other hotplates.This burner is really large, though. We currently keep it on a card table due to its size, and it takes up half the table.

I am satisfied with this product
Before making the purchase, I reviewed complaints from other buyers. Initially, I agreed with the point that the noise could be a bit bothersome. However, after placing a pot on the stove and leaving the room to take a call, I returned and was able to hear the sound, which reminded me to check and turn off the power. Thankfully, I had set it to a low temperature, so there were no issues. Without the sound, I might have forgotten it was on.As for another concern I read, about the stove taking too long to reach a boiling point, my pot didn’t take that long to boil when set to a temperature of over 600. I followed the instructions provided with the stove and, overall, I am happy with how it performs.

Fan too loud
Heats nicely …. BUT the VERY LOUD cooling fan that runs during operation (and after shutting off) is obnoxious. Hard to have conversation when this thing is on.

Excellent induction
Excellent induction, works like a normal stove. Cooking ability and boil time are all not different from my normal stove. Would be a great item to bring for camping. Highly recommend!!

This is what I was looking for!It is very easy to use easy to clean fast boiling time very value for money. Our family loves camping I think we can take this everywhere! Very recommend!!!!

Wish it would show the actual temp it is cooking at not just the 200, 400, 800, etc.
