Bought as gift apparently goes on nice lovely item

Pros: Nice autumn colours, good selection for price.Cons: 3 coats and still see through. Would suggest doing 4 coats at least... but what a pain... takes ages to cure each one and base and top coat etc... prefer Blue Sky as only need 2 coats.Also you need to paint the layers thinly or they will become uneven and create an ombre look ( but not in a good way).Doesn't cap well... does not leave a soft edge, so I'm expecting it to chip quicker.Actually really good on your toes though, so maybe get this for a pedi and something thicker for mani.I would recommend if you've got plenty of time to perfect application, and use a good gloomy top coat.Would say it's worth the money but not the best.

I’ve been using my own gel kit at home for years on my own natural nails. I used to be obsessed with acrylics but have had them for quite a number of years. I wanted to save money and do my own at home. I used my own gel lamp with this kit and followed the instructions and I am so pleasantly surprised with how well they turned out. The first time takes abit of playing around but the more you do it the better you get. So simple and easy and love the result!! Just as good as acrylics if not better as your nails seems to be a lot better protected underneath. One has snapped off but that’s because I was pulling up leather leggings and as I’m sure people with nail extensions will know it can be quite tricky until you get used to using your hands a different type of way for the nails. Easy put another one on which didn’t take much time and used my gel colours over the top.One thing I think the kit should come with is a nail clipper as the nails are ridiculously long and if your filling them down to size it’s just time consuming. Highly recommend and would never go back now

I managed to buy this item on offer and only paid about £5 for it which is why I am giving it 4 stars. As you can see from the pictures, the colours are beautiful and I have had compliments already. Unlike some reviewers, I do think that the pictures from the ad match the real product exactly. My issue is that the gel polish is incredibly watery and lacks pigment. Actually, the bright pink that you see on my nails (index finger) is actually from Modelones which is far superior in terms of consistency and pigment. I only had to apply 2 coats on the modelones one whereas the Gellen ones needed 3, and still didn't look perfect (although it might look ok on the pic). Also it is really a nightmare to apply as the polish moves as it is so liquid which means you may have to cure one finger at a time. I can't comment on longevity either because I only did my nails yesterday. I'm afraid I won't be buying this brand again for that reason. Shame because the colours are truly gorgeous and I struggle to find such nice colours with the Modelones. I might try Beetles.

I bought this set instead of going to the nail salon. I had read mixed reviews and the set was around half the price I would pay to have my extensions done so thought I’d give it a try! The set is really good. It has taken a couple of attempts to stop getting air bubbles under the nails but coating the nail with the gel glue first and curing it seemed to help. The gel lamp was also strong enough to cure my gel nail polish on top. Great idea if you are travelling and don’t want to carry the bigger LED lamp with you. These nails have been on now for 3 weeks - in and out the pool and in the heat etc they have not budged. This set includes dehydrator and primer cannot recommend it highly enough!! 5 stars!

This set of mini all like pastel tuitti fruity colours, really nice colours for the summer, everyone has commented on hoe nice the colours are!! Love the chunky glitter and fine glitter for an overlay to 😀

I’ve bought this brand before because it’s much cheaper than some of the well know brands. However things to note is that I usually end up having to do an extra coat because it’s quite thin, plus the colours aren’t always as advertised on the pictures! I like the fact that the bottles are small because I probably get fed up of a colour before it runs out. Also, considering the price it is pretty hard wearing. I have had the colour on in the pic just over 2 weeks and no chips!I do use a more expensive base and top coat though.

Whilst coloured gels were fine & usable. Glitter ones were severely gloopy and nearly dried up. Would not be able to use glitter Gell & will have to be sent back. Have ordered from this site previously half a dozen times. Everything’s always turned up good quality.Today unfortunately, received purchased goods lunch-time. up-on opening, could see they were damaged.
