No instructions but they do fit well.
These fit my 2024 GL1800 6 speed well. Wrote my own instructions hope that they will help others.

Not just for 2021 to 2023
Even though the description says that its for a 2021 to 2023 Goldwing I installed this on my 2018 Goldwing with no fitment issues. No instructions were included but I didnt find it to be rocket science.
