These sticks blend very well and are smooth to drink. This is a big deal because many other powdered greens clump up or are very grainy. The taste is super pleasant. It is sweet but not too sweet and no weird aftertaste! So many other powdered greens are really unpalatable. I could tell a marked difference in my energy levels within a week. I just generally have more energy in the afternoons and feel more clear-headed. I struggle with lots of chronic intestinal discomfort and have already felt less pain and bloating. I look forward to seeing what my results are in the coming weeks if they are already this good.
