Apple iPhone 6, AT&T, 16GB - Space Gray (Renewed)

Phone seems to work fine- only issue is the camera sound cannot be muted. I figured out the reason is because the phone was originally from Japan where Japanese law mandates all cameras must make a noise. Would have been nice to know before purchasing.

Exactly what we wanted and better than expected. If the package didn't say refurbished you couldn't tell it from a new phone. We will put it though the teenager challenge.

This is my second iPhone from them. I bought one for my mom first. It worked really well. So, I bought my son one. He has had the iPhone almost 2 months and it works perfect. The iPhone looked brand new when it arrived.

Just received a few days ago. (Same day as ordered) Took to AT&T day I received and zero issues setting up and transferring information to new phone. Battery holds up just fine and everything else works as it should. All apps I have installed function as they should.Phone looks new w no scratches and glass perfect. Came with charger cableIn an generic box. I am VERY pleased with my purchase.

DON'T waste your time or money on anything from this company. The phone appeared to work and looked like it was in good condition. However, the wifi antenna was clearly broken--could only get wifi reception within a few feet of our router (while my other iphone 6 had a full wifi rainbow signal at the same location). So much for this company's "certified refurbished" quality control.When you ask to return, just send a mailing label--not a pre-paid shipping label.It was a gamble and we lost.

The phone came looking brand new. But the shutter for the camera sound will not turn off. No matter if the sound on my phone is off or on. Also, the flash now doesn’t work. It did at first, but not anymore. So now I have to buy a different phone. Because having the option for flash/a flashlight is important to me. I wouldn’t buy again.

I purchased this phone for my daughter for Christmas and at first it worked fine, but by March the battery was swollen and the screen was separating. Apple wasn’t going to even to touch it because it had so many non original and very bad quality parts. Third party phone repair place confirmed the same finding. I understand that I purchased a refurbished phone, but I didn’t know I was buying such a low quality product with old parts that were at the end of life. Shameless business. I did reach out to the company and got nothing more than “we’re sorry”. Very disappointing product and company behind. Save your money and go elsewhere.

This phone was reported by AT&T as stolen, which means it will not connect to the network. I had to send it back. Total hassle. Waste of time
