The bag has a cut in the end of it. Box that tent came in was damaged bad. Would like a new bag that tent comes in replaced.

The media could not be loaded. After a length wait for delivery, our new Vevor 12.5x12.5 screen room arrived last evening. This morning we set it up. It only took my wife and me about a minute to pop things up (not including the door supports). Then we noticed the roof had multiple damaged fabric areas as well as many holes. This was all very puzzling as to the sort-of symmetrical damage on the lower roof sections (a different material than the upper roof panel). We have damaged/worn areas with holes on 5 of the 6 roof panels. We then folded up the gazebo to repack it for return. That was when we noticed that in the folded position, the center hubs of the wall panels corresponded exactly with many of the damaged/worn/holes areas. The roof fabric is pinched between the five wall panels hard plastic center hubs and the roof panels support arms. Basically a piece of fabric between two hard objects that are squeezed together. During shipping and general movement of the packed tent, these items flex and cause wear to the fabric. If you buy one of these, after setting it up look for discolorations on the roof; those are the wear areas and where the damage is/will occur.There was also a small cut/tear/hole in the upper part of the roof panel. This hole is NOT related to the main problem I was talking about. This was either damaged during production or a general defect in the material itself. There is a picture showing that area.We did find a simple way to protect the fabric from damage. If your gazebo is damage free…give this a try; we took a padded Amazon shipping envelope and cut the bottom out (to make a padded sleeve). After folding up the tent (before putting the straps on), slide the padded sleeve down over the top roof hub and down until the 5 wall hubs are on the outside of the sleeve. This will provide padding between the wall hubs and the roof supports and protect your roof from potential damage.I contacted Vevor, before initiating my return of this item, and reached out to them to let them know about this obvious defect and asked for their guidance…before returning the item to Amazon. I included multiple pictures and a suggestion on how to prevent this damage when the gazebo is packaged. Their reply, while apologetic, was to just simply return the item to Amazon.Had it not been for the damage, we would have been very pleased with this. It only took us about one minute to pop up (not counting the door supports). This 12.5 x 12.5 foot gazebo is huge and would have been perfect for our needs. Understand the screen mesh is a very tight weave and as such will greatly diminish any air flow for cooling! I am not willing to try a second one. I hope you found my review helpful. Thanks!

PROS:Overall product good quality.Easy set up despite terrible and confusing directions.CONSDirections not helpful/difficult to follow.Product sent with 2 wrong parts.We were sent 2 panels for the smaller version, and it has taken almost a month with customer service (including having to take pictures and many emails) to get replacements, and we still have not received replacements. Very frustrating.
