UniPlug 1/4" Plug Patch Combo for Tire Repairs (10 Box)

These will out last your motorcycle tire every time. I use spaghetti strings on the outside and fall back to this if that fails. These haven’t failed me yet. I’ve used three of them till the tread wears off. One tire with two patches and they still lasted till the tread was gone. You’ll need other equipment to get the tire in and off and to prep the rubber.

I used it on a the dreaded puncture in the outer band that the tire shops wont patch. You have to replace the good one on the other side also. OUCH. 6,000 miles on the tires. I bought all the tools and fluids you need to patch a small puncture. Two trips to the shop to remove and remount. That was two years and 19,000 miles ago. No problems.

So I thought these were self-adhesive..Maybe they are, maybe they are not, but the directions tell you to use a carbide reamer to clean the hole and some cement they also sell....I just decided it wasn't worth the hassle...I kept them, just in case I can use them later...I guess I'll just go to the tire store and waste 3 hours of my life instead :(
